The improved DxO ClearView Plus feature in DxO PhotoLab 2 can be used to remove haze and improve contrast in images and with the latest version, the tool creates better transitions between light/dark areas, too. Essentially, it works like Lightroom's Library section so if you've used that before, you'll find the DxO PhotoLibrary in PhotoLab pretty easy to work with.
